Celebrate Balloons & More is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials; however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We never guarantee how long your balloons will last once they have been delivered or curbside pick-up. Environmental factors, including weather- direct sun or rain, children, pets, furnace or air conditioner, different surfaces- concrete and grass can pop balloons and a grain of sand on a clean tile floor indoors can pop a balloon, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

We are proud of the steps we’ve taken so far:
Biodegradable Latex Balloons
We use 100% plant-based high quality latex balloons, made from the sap of Rubber Trees that live about 30 years. This tree sap is harvested much like maple syrup is from a maple tree. It will take approximately six months (the same as an oak leaf) for our balloons to biodegrade, so it won’t last long in a landfill. Latex balloons are also photo degradable- this is the process of oxidation when in the sun; the balloon begins to have a matte finish, the process is beginning.
Air Filled Balloons
We largely only use air to fill our balloon designs, but we do use some helium. There is currently a supply shortage of helium in the world and prices have gone up. If helium is used, we use “balloon gas” grade for the party industry not the “medical” grade for the science and medical industry.
No Release Policy
We strictly adhere to a no-release balloon policy. None of our designs are marketing to be released. We will not knowingly sell to a client for a balloon release. We care for the animals of our world who mistake balloons for food or become entangled and die.
Balloon Safety & Precautions
DO NOT allow anyone to inhale helium from balloons! Inhaling helium gas directly from inflated balloons can cause dizziness, drowsiness, loss of consciousness or other serious injury. Popping balloons can cause eye or other injuries. Clients are responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of helium, balloons, equipment, and material related to the event. Celebrate Balloons & More is not liable.
Foil Balloons
Foil balloons are metallic coated plastic and can be recycled with other plastics.
Reuse & Recycle
We always reuse whenever possible…we reuse our bags & balloon weights. We sort & recycle paper, plastic, aluminum & cardboard in our studio and office.
How You Can Party Responsibly:
How to properly dispose of latex balloons-
Our high-quality latex balloons are 100% biodegradable latex. We purposefully use these because lower quality (cheaper) balloons are mixed with plastic and therefore not biodegradable and fill up our landfills. You can throw latex balloons in the trash where they will biodegrade in the landfill.

Foil balloons are metallic coated plastic and can be recycled with other plastics.
Other items you can reuse/recycle-
Balloon Tassels can be used for a future celebration.
SAVE OUR LANDFILLS! Some of our designs are built on a stand that can be disposed of at the customers’ convenience after the event. A better idea is for us to reuse them. Help us save the landfills by returning the framework, in the condition it was received, to our Canal Fulton studio for a $25 coupon off your next order.
