About Us
Welcome to Celebrate Balloons & More, where creativity meets excellence in balloon artistry. We transform your celebrations into happy memories. Tess’ journey began 21 years ago with AbraKIDazzle, her family entertainment company, featuring magic shows, balloon décor, balloon twisting and face painting. After the pandemic she decided a change was in order and Celebrate Balloons & More was born. Tess is a graduate of The Balloon Training Institute. She attends balloon décor conferences, continuing her education in the industry.

We prefer to discuss all booking inquiries, questions and orders via email to keep your event details together and accurate with no miscommunication.

02 Quote
This is the fun part; you share your vision and info for your event with us.
You’ll receive a quote via email, typically within a few business days. We’ll email you if we need more info to complete the quote.
03 Reserve Your Date
Dates are not held without a paid 50% non-refundable deposit (applied to the final balance) or a paid $200 non-refundable date reservation fee (applied to final balance), our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis.
Our Date Reservation Fee is a convenient way for you to ensure the date of your event does not get booked by someone else while you are deciding what amazing balloon decor you want for your event.
04 Payment
Once the balloon décor designs and quote have been accepted, you will receive an invoice.
We require a 50% of the total invoice non-refundable deposit, due upon receipt. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Celebrate Balloons & More uses only the highest quality professional balloons and materials, however some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We never guarantee how long your balloons will last once they have been delivered. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during installation.
Indoor — many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors in climate-controlled temperatures. The longevity of the balloons will depend on environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
Outdoor — We never guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoors as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc. affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Helium — All of our helium latex balloons will 2-3 days if indoors. All latex helium balloons are treated on the inside surface with a sealant to reduce the speed of deflation, it is nontoxic and water soluble.
Again, environmental conditions of the event space will determine how long they float and we do not guarantee how long any balloon will last.

Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Foil balloons, however, are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled. Please do not release any type of balloon outdoors and dispose of them properly. We will not accept any order for helium balloons for releases.

Yes, we can provide on-site consultation for a fee of $100 per visit. You can also take pictures, video and measurements and email or text them to us at no cost.

Orders should be placed as early as possible. Our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis and can fill up quickly. We strongly suggest booking at least four to six weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. But don’t hesitate to contact us with less notice as we may have an opening in our calendar.
If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would like yet. You can reserve your date with a $200 non-refundable reservation fee (applied to final invoice.) Then we can firm up the details later!

The time it takes to install our balloons décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. In most designs our inflating is done ahead of time, but for some larger installations some inflating may need to be done on site. We try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible. We ask that installation be at least two hours before the event start time whenever possible. For larger scale events more set up time may be needed.
